Michelle Richey

Michelle earned her Masters degree in Homeopathy in South Africa in 2005. Before pursuing her Masters degree, she obtained her Advanced Diplomas in Reflexology , Aromatherapy and Massage Therapy.

While working towards her Masters she worked in 2 different homeopathic dispensaries and pharmacies where she saw patients from all walks of life. She then joined the corporate world as the Sales and Marketing Manager for a natural medicines company in South Africa and obtained her Diploma in Marketing. After many happy years of working closely with practitioners( both allopathic and alternative), universities and students, she took a position in the Seychelles to help open a Wellness Clinic where she would apply all her knowledge and experience for 2 years.

Michelle moved to the USA in 2012 and after  a few different roles and opportunities in the corporate world, realized her passion is still with natural medicine and healing and is now working with us at The Spring and we look forward to growing and learning together.

Eleni Ottalagana

As a Registered Dietitian, Eleni’s passion to improve the health of others is approached through the root cause of conditions. Whereby the patient is guided through holistic nutrition based on functional medicine and lifestyle changes. Each nutrition session is individualized to meet the needs of every patient she works with.

At a young age, Eleni was fascinated by natural medicine and other healing modalities. After becoming a Dietitian, she trained in the field of functional medicine. She has experience in the areas of autoimmune and other chronic health conditions, allergies, digestive disorders, migraines, food sensitivities and weight loss. During this time she began to deeply understand the importance of the mind-body connection in healing. She embarked on furthering her understanding about the energetic body and completed her Reiki Certification. She is now continuing her training in functional nutrition and is enrolled in The Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy Practitioner Certification program.

Ali Wiser

Ali earned her certification in Nutritional Consulting in 2016 from Bauman College. Her professional career and passion for wellness originated from personal experience. As someone who has recovered from chronic Lyme Disease, fifteen other chronic infections and a long-term eating disorder, Ali has been able to apply her education to achieve good health while developing a healing relationship with her body and the food she feeds it!

Since receiving her certification, Ali has worked as an in-house nutritionist at a naturopathic office as  well as a health educator for a corporate wellness company.

Ali’s approach goes beyond the “quick fix.” She works with clients as they get curious – not judgmental  – about their habits, symptoms and relationship with food. Together, Ali and her clients  celebrate their findings and use them to develop new long-term healthy habits while improving  symptoms like inflammation, fatigue, weight gain/loss, joint pain, indigestion, brain fog, food  sensitivities and more!
